IRO, Tijjani Kurfi. Deputy Director (Budget) Tijjani brought considerable Private sector experience to NOSDRA when he was invited to join the Pioneer Management team in 2005 in the capacity of Assistant Director (Accounts). He has worked to develop a robust Finance function for the Agency. He began his career with National Oil and Chemical Marketing Plc.in 1987 as a management trainee/National Youth Service Corp. member; held several positions in the Company that took him across the Nation and voluntarily resigned as Regional Sales Manager in 2001. Thereafter he ventured into Oil and Gas/Management Consultancy, before Joining NOSDRA. Trained as Accountant with B.Sc. (Hons) Accounting degree from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria; Tijjani also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the same University. He attended various Executive Development courses in Citizenship and Leadership, Human Resource Management, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Management Strategies, Public Sector Reforms and Information Technology. When not thinking of new ways to help expand and develop Nigeria’s Oil and Gas Industry, he enjoys spending time with his family. His hobbies include Reading and going on adventures..

Mrs. Bola Lambe Ogundeji (Mnes, Fnitp, rtp) DD (PPAR) Mrs Bola Lambe Ogundeji holds B.Sc (Hons) in Geography, M.urp (Urban & Regional Planning) both from the University of Ibadan and Diploma in Project Management. She started her career with Kwara State Ministry of Environment Housing & Urban Development in 1981. Mrs Bola Lambe transferred her service in 2006 to the Federal Ministry of Environment, Housing and Urban Development and later moved to the National Oil Spill Detection & Response Agency (NOSDRA) as Deputy Director, Planning, Policy Analysis and Research Department in 2008. She has attended various trainings in Oil Spill and Environmental Management Courses. She is a member, Nigerian Environmental Society (MNES), Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (FNITP) and Environmental Management Association of Nigeria. She hails from Omu-Aran in Irepodun Local Government Area of Kwara State. She is happily married with children. Her hobbies are site seeing, reading and gardening. Mr. Uwen Godwin Ukam, Deputy Director Administration Mr. Ukam was born on the 4th of April 1964 from Cross River State. He is endowed with vast knowledge in the field of Administration & Finance. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Board member of so many Agencies in Cross-river state. He was the Financial Controller of CRS tourism Bureau in Calabar, Cross River State between January 2006 to May 2007. In recognition of his many years of active and resourceful service in Cross River State, he was appointed as Director of state financial policy management in Calabar between June 2007 to November 2010; overseeing the state World Bank Projects, Reserve fund insurance business and technical finance issues. He has attended many meetings, workshops, seminars, training programmes and conferences both locally and internationally. He is presently the Deputy Director of Administration here at NOSDRA. Deputy Director and Head of Procurement Unit He holds a Masters Degree in Geography from University of Ilorin and Master of Science in GIS from University of Ibadan. He attended a short course in Remote Sensing with emphasis in Digital Image Processing at Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS) Dehradun in India between January – February 2009. Mr Gidado has fourteen years experience in Oil Spill Management. He was seconded to Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) operation for six months in 1999. He is a member of Nigerian Environmental Society. He has attended many workshops, seminars, conferences within and outside Nigeria.
